The founder holds a Master’s of Science degree (M.Sc. Postgraduate) in Human Resource Management and Development from Liverpool Hope University, United Kingdom. Prior to this she also acquired Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc. Undergraduate) in Accounting. She has got various vocational qualifications in her areas of interest, work and study. For example, she holds an HND level 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care.

Her level of the various experiences has ensured that the foundations for developing Accord Recruitment Ltd, are strongly built upon the principles of inspiration-to-action, know-how and activity knowledge.
